Central Park Flats

 

The Central Park Flats (also known as Navarro Flats or Spanish Flats), located in Central Park South, corner of 7th Avenue, about 1889. The old Central Park Hotel is on the right.

The old Central Park Flats were a complex of eight apartment buildings constructed from about 1883 to about the late 1880s. The eight buildings were demolished in 1926.
