The six-story building on the corner of Houston Street (610 to 618 Broadway, on the right) was erected in 1882 or before. It was the former home of the Bronner & Co. Retail Clothiers and the building was owned by Levy Brothers & Co. at 472 Broadway, which fail in September 1883.
