Rockefeller Center - Vintage Images
The Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan was conceived as "a city within a city", a complex of commercial buildings that are home to remarkable art, style and entertainment. It was built from 1931 to 1939. The first building opened in 1933, the RCA (Radio Corporation of America) Building (today GE Building), 70 stories high.
