South Carolina is a
U.S. state on the Atlantic coast. The capital and second largest city
of the state is Columbia. The largest city is Charleston. South Carolina offers
tourists and residents a great variety of recreational activities, including
waters sports, hiking, camping and cultural tourism. The options include many
historic sites, seven national parks and 37 state parks.
