Buildings on Broadway, Manhattan - 1909

Looking up Broadway from Custom House, Bowling Green, New York City. Singer Building is seen in the distance. Columbia Building (29 Broadway, on the left) was under renovation with more floors being added. The Hamburg-American Building (45 Broadway) was then a new name for the old Aldrich Court Building, completed in 1886. Photo published by Stereo-Travel Co., 1909, from Library of Congress Prints and Photographs Division Washington, D.C.
