The Aldrich Court building, completed in 1886, is on the left. Later it became the Hamburg-American Building (45 Broadway). Tower of Trinity Church is seen in the distance. The Manhattan Life skyscraper was completed in 1894 and was the tallest building in New York City until 1899.
