Photo shows two new buildings on the site of the present 30 Central Park South (enlargement on the right). The former 6-story and 5-story building on the site were demolished about 1910 (see image on the right).

Enlargement of buildings in the West 59th Street. The New York Athletic Club building is on the corner of Sixth Avenue and the "Spanish Flats", on the corner of 7th Avenue.
